Fun Facts:  Originally from Queens, NY. Went to IC for undergrad but loved Ithaca and got a job at Island so I got to stay in the area:)  Former captain of the IC Crew team, I needed something to do after I graduated. So I joined FLRTC in 2013 and in my first year completed my first marathon and three triathlons. So excited to see what this year with FLRTC will bring me!

Fun Facts: Started running in 2009, did my first 5k & the next DAY my first 10k, then later that year a half marathon. 2010 I had ITB issues but walked down the aisle to marry my best friend (& now training partner). Currently, training for my first ultra, the Iron Master's Challenge 50K to celebrate my 43rd birthday. Would not have met my goals without this team and my Rochester peeps at Trailsroc...what an incredible community!

Fun Facts: Amy got into running as part of an annual challenge goal with her husband; training for her first ever race - the Rochester Half Marathon in 2007. The next year’s challenge: finish the Cayuga Lake Sprint Triathlon. From then on, both were hooked. In addition to running she runs a bakery from her home, loves to ski and enjoys playing piano.

Fun Facts: I didn't run my first race until I was 40!  It was the Groton Labor Day 5K.  I had never run more than 3 miles before that and couldn't understand why people were warming up when they had to run a whole 3 miles in the race! I love encouraging others to get out and do it too!!

Fun Facts: Until I started my current job, 6.5 years ago, the thought of running a half marathon was a dream goal. Now I'll be running my 7th marathon in Boston 2015.  I really enjoy being outside, doing anything, so my dream job would be to lead hikes, kayak tours, to be a running coach, or anything outside and active (since I can't be a dolphin trainer in the North East).  I love animals, and would love a puppy, but settle for dog-sitting for others until I can have my own--inquire if interested!
